Barbara Hill is an accomplished arts professional, curator, consultant, and educator with more than four decades of experience in the visual arts. A Florida-based arts leader, she has served as Executive Director and Curator of The von Liebig Art Center and Executive Director of the Edison & Ford Winter Estates Foundation, as well as Public Art Administrator for the City of Tampa.

Hill has curated and organized exhibitions throughout Florida and has provided consulting and advisory services to artists, collectors, cultural organizations, and public art programs. Her extensive juror experience includes fine art exhibitions and major art festivals such as the Naples National Art Festival, Gasparilla Art Festival, Artfest Fort Myers, Sunfest Art Festival, and BIG Arts Festival.

She holds an MFA and BA in Fine Art from the University of South Florida and completed a postgraduate program in Museum Management at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Hill is also a practicing ceramic sculptor whose work has been exhibited throughout Florida and is held in the permanent collections of the Harn Museum of Art and the USF Contemporary Art Museum.
